Who we are

Reset Commercial Cleaning is a business name of NJ Global Corporations Pty Ltd (ABN 18 698 933 970). We are an owner-operated cleaning business in Perth, Western Australia. What we collect and why

When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and any optional details (suburb, frequency, size of the space, preferred contact method, start date, site address and message). We also record which page the form was sent from and, if you arrived from an online advertisement, the campaign and keyword in the link.

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, quote for and provide our services, and keep business records. We do not sell or rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How the quote form works

The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which passes your enquiry to our business inbox at contact@resetcommercial.com.au. Web3Forms acts as our processor. Under its own privacy policy it operates from India, stores submissions on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, and keeps them for up to three years unless they are deleted sooner. To filter spam, your IP address and email address may be checked by CleanTalk and Akismet. Our inbox is provided by Google Workspace.

Site assessment bookings

The “Book a free 10-minute walkthrough” button opens a booking page hosted by Google Calendar. Information you enter there is collected by Google and shared with us so we can attend. Google’s privacy policy applies to that page.

Website hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most hosts, Hostinger records standard technical information about each request (such as IP address, browser, date and time, and the page requested) in server logs for security and operation. Hostinger’s privacy policy says data may be stored in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Lithuania or Cyprus, and in other countries including the United States, Brazil, Singapore and Indonesia. It does not state a fixed retention period for these logs. We do not use server logs to identify visitors or for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website and which pages lead to enquiries. It sets cookies in your browser and records information such as the pages you view, the website or advertisement that referred you, your approximate location and the type of device you use. We record when a quote request is successfully sent and when a phone, WhatsApp or booking link is used, but nothing you type into our forms (such as your name, email address, phone number or message) is sent to Google Analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Google’s privacy policy applies to its handling of this information.

Typefaces are served from this website itself. To display animations, your browser loads scripts from jsDelivr, which receives standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser) when the files are requested. Links to Google Maps, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube take you to those services, which have their own policies.

Storage outside Australia

Because of the services above, information you send us may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in India (Web3Forms) and in the countries where Amazon Web Services, Hostinger, Google (including Google Analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp) operate.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond, provide our services and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us at contact@resetcommercial.com.au.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or record-keeping obligations. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first at contact@resetcommercial.com.au so we can try to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
