How Much Does Commercial Cleaning Cost in Perth?
How our rate works, what changes the price, and how to get an accurate quote for your site.
Our starting rate
Reset’s commercial cleaning starts from $55 + GST per hour. That is a starting rate, not one price for every site: how many hours your site needs, and the rate itself, depend on the space and the work involved.
Pricing by the hour keeps things transparent. You can see what you are paying for, and if your needs change, the hours can change with them.
What affects the price
Size and layout. More floor space, more rooms and more levels take longer to clean. A space split into many small rooms usually takes longer than an open-plan one of the same size.
How often you need cleaning. A site cleaned every day stays on top of dust and rubbish, so each visit is lighter. A site cleaned once a week usually needs more time per visit.
Scope of work. Washrooms, kitchens and high-touch surfaces take more time than open desk space. Tasks such as carpet extraction, hard-floor care, high-level dusting and interior glass are often scheduled as periodic deep cleans rather than done on every visit.
Type of premises. Medical centres, childcare centres and other specialised sites need suitable products and closer attention to hygiene-critical areas.
Access and timing. Clear access arrangements (keys, alarms and any off-limits areas) keep visits efficient, so your hours go on cleaning.

Have these ready when you ask for a quote
- The address, and roughly how big the space is (floor area, number of rooms or levels).
- How many people use the site each day, and which areas are busiest.
- How many washrooms, kitchens and breakout areas there are.
- How often you want cleaning, and on which days.
- When the site is empty, and how cleaners will get in.
- Any periodic work you need: carpets, hard floors, high-level dusting or interior glass.
- Who supplies consumables such as hand towels, soap and bin liners.
